Former White House staffers blast Trump in a scathing new video.

Less than a week before the Nov. 3 election, several key Republicans have taken a bold and unprecedented move in their quest to distance themselves from President Donald Trump and his administration: they’ve chosen to speak out in no uncertain terms.

“We will no longer be America after four more years of Trump,” is the stark warning to American voters issued by Olivia Troye, a former senior aide to Vice President Mike Pence. Troye, who was involved in the coronavirus task force until July, has publicly blasted Trump’s “flat out disregard for human life during the pandemic.”

And she is not alone. Two other high-level officials who’ve served under President  Trump are now urging Americans to vote for his Democratic rival in a new video from Republican Voters Against Trump. All three are endorsing former Vice President Joe Biden.

“We are less safe today because of his leadership,” says Elizabeth Neumann, who was an assistant secretary of the Department of Homeland Security until April and has implicated Trump’s rhetoric in the rise of white nationalist terrorism.

“It is so much worse than it looks,” says Miles Taylor, who served as chief of staff of the Department of Homeland Security from 2017 to 2019. Even as early as August, Taylor said that after what he’d experienced in the administration, “even though I am not a Democrat… I’m confident that Joe Biden will protect the country, and I’m confident he won’t make the same mistakes as this president.”

The video also features added footage of former National Security Adviser John Bolton, who has maintained that Trump is not fit for office and said that he will be voting against Trump.
