By law, early voting must be held for at least eight days in Florida, but those dates could be different depending on the county.
Florida’s primary election is Aug. 23. Voters will choose candidates to run in the November midterm elections for governor, senator, representative, and school board member.
There’s a mandatory eight-day minimum early voting period, but those dates may vary by county.
Most counties in Central Florida will begin early voting on Aug. 13 and end by Aug. 20.

SEMINOLE COUNTY
- Aug. 13 – Aug. 20.
OSCEOLA COUNTY
- Aug. 8 – Aug. 21.
VOLUSIA COUNTY

BREVARD COUNTY
- Aug. 13 – Aug. 20.
LAKE COUNTY

To be able to vote you must be registered.
Contact your county’s Supervisor of Elections office to find early voting locations.
On the day you vote, you need to bring a form of identification with a picture and a signature.
